Teenage Irish Dancer Needs No Luck

St. Paul's annual Irish Fest inspired a Minnesota boy to take up Irish dancing when he was just three years old. Since then, he has taught himself many of the moves that have earned him a championship spot on the world stage. Now, Trish Van Pilsum is introducing 15-year old Evan Lowe and showing why his rise to the top has been so swift.
