Membership (Tuition) and Attendance:
- For all new students, a $35 deposit is required to acknowledge their registration.
- OID membership/tuition is due in full at the start of each month. Membership/tuition not paid at the due date will be subject to a $5 per class late fee up to $20.00 monthly.
- Deposits and fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once the session has begun.
- Membership rates are calculated, based on $15 per one hour Beginners class, $20 for an hour and a half Beginner or Intermediate class or $25 per hour and a half Advanced Class and averaged over the year.
- Regardless of the number of classes in the month, or attendance in those classes, a monthly payment is due as a membership to OID classes. This increases according to the number of classes taken per week, as determined at the start of the session.
- If there are classes missed due to instructor unavailability a make-up class will be scheduled.
- Please arrive prior to your class, ready to participate. When your class is finished, please clear the studio promptly, to allow others to begin their classes.
- Your time is precious – please allow time for restroom breaks before or after class only!
- If you are a student of 2 or more weekly classes, and as a result of other sports activities, longterm injuries or family issues, you find you will miss a series of your regular 2nd or 3rd weekly classes, we will waive that 2nd or 3rd additional class as a one-month “sabbatical.” This option will be valid only once a session. We must receive the dates in writing, in advance of the applicable month. In such case, that single additional class fee only will be waived for one month and we will hold your place in class. Membership in the school must be maintained with the remainder of your regular class monthly payment.
- O’Shea Irish Dance, LLC reserves the right to cancel a class if enrolment is fewer than 5 students.
Enrolment Procedures:
- All students must provide full registration information signed by a legal guardian.
- All students/guardians must sign a Release and Indemnification form upon registering.
